Pricing and Adjustments

Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it.

Order Confirmation

Your order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order, but does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified when your order is ready for shipment.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Shipping times may also be impacted during high volume periods or due to unforeseen delays from third-party carriers.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Orders canceled after 24 hours may incur a small cancellation fee.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused and unopened items. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
